The product file cannot be downloaded or accessed after multiple attempts
The manual received is significantly different from the one described

Refund Process
Once we receive and review your request, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds

Sale Items

Exchanges

Gifts
Digital products cannot be marked as gifts and are delivered electronically to the buyer’s email address or download page. As such, gift returns are not applicable.
